BUSINESS X-RAY
We diagnose companies in order to identify the management problems they are facing and give recommendations.
The areas we examine are:
- How capable and competent the management team is ?
- How well they plan and how well they monitor their performance against plan?
- How well organized they are?
- Do they have developed and implemented SOP’s?
- How are they managing their finance?
- How are they managing their marketing, sales, operations and Human Resources?
The business x-ray is conducted through questionnaires and interviews. It will be presented as a Report and Action Plan.
business management transformation (BMT)
We guide and support companies to be transformed into professionally managed enterprises.
The support we provide are:
- Develop strategic plan, annual operational plan and regularly monitor performance against plan.
- Prepare organizational structure and define responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Develop management systems: policies and procedures for the management of operations, finance, human resources and materials.
- Organize the finance department to effectively manage the company’s finance.
- Develop a Dash Board for accurate and timely follow up of performance metrics.
- Develop competent management team through trainings and coaching.
